　　　　どういう事になるのでしょう？

      ベジタリアンの数が増えていくに従い、食べるために飼育される家畜
   の数はその需要がなくなっていくため段々減っていく事でしょう。 
　同様にペットの餌に対する需要が減っていく事も家畜の数を減らす結果
　につながるでしょう。

　いずれの場合においても残った家畜は動物に対する配慮をするそうした
　社会の中では今よりも良い扱いを受ける事でしょう。

    will decline, since the market will no longer exist for them.
    Similarly, a gradual decrease would accompany the lessening demand for

    remain will be better cared for by a more compassionate society.
